I have a new vinyl sliding glass door and slider is unlevel and the pella site doesnt show how to adjust rollers to make it level and still slide right.

Call them if necessary, Pella is excellent in their customer service...they will either help you over the phone or direct a sales rep to come help you.

I have installed many Pella doors and always adjust them after install. There should be a small 1/2" hole at the bottom where it meets the jam. You will need a long #2 phillips head to reach the adjustment screw. Turning it clockwise will lower the rollers, thus raising the door on that side. Vise versa. good luck
